CourtCall Legal

Terms of Use

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms apply to use of CourtCall by clubs, groups, administrators, captains, commissioners, rostered players, and verified program registrants. CourtCall is provided by Innervation Finance Group, Inc.

Service Scope

CourtCall provides private racquets operations tools for scheduling, lineups, substitutions, calendar feeds, payment-status tracking, communications, and administrative controls. The app is an operational source of truth, but administrators may override schedules, assignments, venues, times, payments, and communications when needed.

Authorized Access And Registration

Access is limited to users authorized by a club, group, commissioner, captain, guardian, or CourtCall administrator. Authorization may come from an approved roster record or a club-issued registration link subject to the program's admission, approval, evaluation, capacity, and waitlist rules. Spouse contact fields do not create second-user access to a player account. A spouse may sign in only when separately authorized with that person's own verified login email. Users are responsible for accurate profile and contact information and for following the operating rules of their club or group.

Junior Participants And Guardian Authority

When the junior and family release is enabled, a parent or guardian must create and manage the separate record of any participant under age 18 and represents that the guardian is authorized to do so. Under-13 profile creation and independent sign-in are currently unavailable pending an approved verifiable-parental-consent workflow. Participants ages 13 through 17 may receive restricted access only after guardian approval. Guardians control enrollment consent, fee authorization, legal acknowledgments, identity information, and junior direct-access approval. CourtCall may copy junior operational communications to an active guardian and may suspend junior access when consent, age, relationship, or safety requirements are not satisfied.

Payments

CourtCall may display payment obligations, balances, receipt status, Venmo instructions, Zelle instructions, cash or check status, and administrator notes. A guardian is the payer and authorization owner for a junior participant unless an authorized administrator records a different lawful arrangement. CourtCall does not currently process payments inside the app unless separately configured through an approved payment provider.

Communications

Emails, SMS messages, calendar feeds, and app prompts are convenience notices. The current in-app schedule and administrative record remains the controlling operational view. SMS participation depends on user consent and carrier availability.

Availability

CourtCall is provided for practical racquets operations and may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, hosting incidents, carrier delays, authentication outages, club changes, weather events, or other conditions outside the application's control.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse CourtCall, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape private roster data, send unauthorized communications, or use the service outside approved club or group operations.

Support

Support requests may be sent to mark@innervationfinance.com. For urgent schedule issues, users should also contact their club or group administrator.
