Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

CourtCall is an authorized-access racquets operations application provided by Innervation Finance Group, Inc. for clubs, groups, commissioners, captains, administrators, rostered players, and verified program registrants.

Information CourtCall Uses

CourtCall stores registration, roster, profile, schedule, venue, payment-status, calendar, substitution, notification, and administrator activity information needed to operate racquets programming. Profile fields may include name, email address, mobile phone number, spouse contact fields, mailing address, date of birth or age eligibility, optional NTRP rating, participant affiliation, and optional headshot.

Junior Participants And Family Accounts

When the applicable family release is enabled, a junior participant has a separate participant record linked to an authenticated parent or guardian. CourtCall may then store the junior's name, date of birth, optional rating, program activity, schedule, enrollment, payment obligation, guardian relationship, and consent history. Under-13 profile creation and independent sign-in are currently unavailable pending an approved verifiable-parental-consent workflow. Participants ages 13 through 17 may receive restricted login access only after an authorized guardian enables it. CourtCall does not permit a child to create an independent account without guardian involvement.

Guardian Controls And Communications

The guardian controls junior enrollment, payment authorization, legal consent, profile identity fields, and direct-access approval. Operational messages about junior activity are sent to or copied to an active guardian. An approved participant ages 13 through 17 may manage schedules, availability, substitutions, waitlists, and other permitted program activity, but fee-bearing actions remain guardian-controlled. A guardian may revoke junior login or communication approval, which closes active junior device sessions.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to verify and authenticate users, process club-authorized registrations, show player schedules, manage substitutions, publish lineups, send operational notices, support calendar subscriptions, maintain payment-status records, and let authorized administrators operate club or group programming. Spouse contact fields are contact-only and are not used as login credentials unless that person has a separate authorized player or substitute record.

Communications

Court Call may send operational email and SMS messages such as reminders, open-seat notices, filled-seat notices, waitlist promotions, and lineup changes. SMS is used only when a player has provided a mobile number and affirmatively recorded consent. Message frequency varies by program and activity, and message and data rates may apply. Players may opt out in the app or by replying STOP and may reply HELP for help. Court Call does not sell or share mobile numbers for third-party marketing.

Sharing

CourtCall does not sell player data. Information is shared only with the club, group, commissioner, captain, administrator, or service providers needed to operate the app, host the service, send notifications, secure sign-in, and store application data.

Retention And Access

CourtCall keeps operational records for as long as needed to administer active and historical programming, support audit trails, and maintain the service. Users and guardians may contact support to request profile correction, access review, consent review, account deactivation, or deletion subject to legal, payment, safety, and operational record-retention requirements.
