Account Deletion
Court Call users can permanently delete their account and eligible personal data from inside the iPhone or Android app. A separate email request remains available if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.
Delete In The App
- 1. Sign in to Court Call.
- 2. Select Delete account at the bottom of an authenticated screen.
- 3. Review the consequences, type DELETE, confirm the acknowledgement, and submit.
Court Call immediately revokes every mobile and Apple Watch session, removes eligible personal profile data, and disables participation and administrative access.
Request Without The App
Email mark@innervationfinance.com to initiate deletion. Court Call will verify that the request came from the account holder before processing it.
- - Send the request from the email address used for Court Call sign-in
- - Include your full name and the club or group name, if known
- - Use the subject line Court Call Account Deletion
What Is Retained
Shared schedules, historical lineups, substitution history, administrator audit trails, and legally required billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records may be retained. Court Call removes direct profile identifiers from retained operational records and keeps them under a pseudonymous account identifier. Deleting an individual login does not cancel a club or group subscription; an authorized billing manager must use the Customer Portal before or separately from account deletion.
Timing
Most authenticated in-app requests finish immediately. If an external storage item needs additional cleanup, access still ends immediately and deletion will finish within 30 days. Email requests begin after account-holder verification. For urgent same-day schedule or lineup matters, contact the local commissioner, captain, club professional, or administrator separately.
