One program or a growing portfolio
Players use Court Call free. Captain pricing starts at $299 per year, per program, with 35 roster seats included in each program. Primary players and substitutes both count. A captain can manage several programs; each program has its own license and roster allowance.

Published eligibility, not a negotiated discount
All qualifying customers receive the same graduated rates under one annual agreement and billing owner, without a code or private negotiation. Only committed, paid programs count; projected growth does not. Each rate applies only to the programs in that band, not to earlier programs. Five programs total $1,415 per year before extra seats and applicable tax.
Extra seats stay simple
Above 35 seats in a program, additional seats cost $10 each per year or $45 for a five-seat block per year, billed to the billing owner. Unused seats cannot be pooled across programs. A player in two programs counts once in each roster. Private promotional codes do not automatically stack with these rates.
Genuine departures free reusable seats for replacement players without an additional charge. Annual distinct-player counts are for reporting only; they never increase your seat charges.
